EMCEngineer software now even better.
Several new features are added to the latest release of the EMC emissions software.
The Laplace EMCEngineer software is widely recognised as a powerful, but easy-to-use software package that provides a total solution for both test laboratory and manufacturer's requirements.
New features added in version 2.34 and later include:
- Ability for user to set sampling dwell time manually when desired.
- Ability to set the RBW manually when non-standard RBW is required.
- Ability to set the frequency step from 2/RBW (default) to 1/RBW or 0.2/RBW. This last setting is ideal for broadband spectra and for use with the tracking generator.
- Pre-programmed for use with standard CDNs, and new EN55015 (CDN method) limits added.
- LISN settings now shown on front screen.
- New Vista and Win 7 directory structure for results and settings.
These features permit greater flexibility for those specialist applications, whilst retaining all the default standard setting for the conventional tests. In accordance with standard Laplace policy, all updates are available for download from our web site free of charge to existing users.
